Refund and exchange policy
Returns:
To return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Simply send an email to luckypdesigns@gmail.com to request a return/exchange. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to reply to your email and confirm the return. We must receive returned items within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned to us in new re-saleable condition within 30 calendar days of delivery for either a refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange. Items may be tried on but any stains or marks accrued during this process will result in the item being ineligible for return. We recommend making sure your dog is clean beforehand and trying on indoors only. As all of our items are made to order, we can only refund postage for damaged or faulty items. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty this may be returned for a replacement or full refund. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your parcel if there are any issues. Personalised items cannot be returned.
To avoid disappointment please send us a message about any sizing queries prior to purchase. If you notice that you have ordered the incorrect size upon receipt of the item we can happily offer an exchange if notified within 14 days. Shipping costs to return the incorrect size are not covered and you will need to cover the shipping costs to send the replacement package.

Exchanges:
You are welcome to return your items in new condition for store credit or for an alternative size. Please reach out to us at luckypdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of the receipt of your order to confirm your exchange. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to reply to your email and confirm the return. We must receive returned items within 30 days of receipt. Personalised items cannot be returned.
To avoid disappointment please double check our size guide prior to purchase. In some instances we may not have enough materials to produce a replacement size. In the event that we cannot provide an exchange we can instead offer a refund or store credit if the item is returned within 30 days.

We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure you acquire a “certificate of posting” from your Post Office for your records. Royal mail will insure packages up to the value of £20 via standard delivery and up to £50 via their tracked services. All returns are to be made at your own cost.
If shipping from the UK allow up to 7 days for us to process your return. If you have not heard from us by this time please reach out via email.
Credit notes
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued and can only be redeemed in a single transaction. Delivery charges will still apply.
