Tracked Delivery (Larger Items): Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage (3-5 days) – £4.00
If you select the tracked delivery method you will be provided with a tracking code that can be monitored via the Royal Mail “Track & Trace” service online.
In some instances expected delivery times may not be met by Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Please allow at least 5 working days to pass before reaching out to us about the location of your order. International Shipping
Standard International Airmail (Europe) – £6.80
International Airmail Tracked (Europe) – £11.00
International Tracked (Rest of the world) – £13.00
The delivery aim for international shipping is 7-10 days. However, with the current global climate many shipments are taking longer. Please allow up to 20 working days to pass before contacting us about the location of your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.
When ordering goods from outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches its destination country. We are not liable for any of these charges and these must be borne by you. Please check with your local customs office to see if these charges apply to you prior to purchase.
processing times
All items are handmade to order with the average processing time being 14 working days prior to shipment. We understand you will be excited to receive your package and we will work to ship items as soon as possible. With the current pandemic trips to the post office are limited to 1-2 times per week.
